The Senior Product Analyst II will play a meaningful role in further developing our rapidly growing Data Analytics function. Partnering with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering and Analytics teams, as well as with other teams around the business, this role will surface key insights to drive business decision making. This role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills, and who is comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Austin, TX for our hybrid working model. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of what types of features and products customers are using across different stages of their MongoDB lifecycle, find pain points, and conduct deep-dives to provide actionable recommendations that improve the customer experience Define KPIs and diagnostic metrics that help improve the user experience Surface insights to drive executive decision making across the business Create measurement frameworks to measure the success of each product Conduct deep dive analysis to assess product performance and health Serve as an analytical and technical thought partner to stakeholders across the product, analytics, data science teams Make the team more efficient: Research and implement new tooling/processes; seek out and automate existing costly manual processes Skills attributes 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience with for product and / or growth teams, ideally at a software company Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with either Python or R Deep understanding of SaaS products and demonstrated success of partnering with product teams to conduct a wide range of experiments. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
